Done with Photoshop CS.
Masked layer, font editing, adjustment of brightness done.
Radial blur used ( little )

Just I felt to do it that time..where I didn't do whatever that was suppose to be done. Regret brings a hard time, a very unpleasant time. The bitterest tears shed are for words left unsaid and deeds left undone. I never think of know what will happen and what I will be regret again.

As " When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us. " Once you did, there is no turning back.

nice one. Although i kind of struggled to read the words - maybe u should think of changing the colour of the words. They are such nice words - don't hide them
